Formally known as high valley Cow and small stock pure bred McNab’s and McNab border collies.

my mcnab breeding lines come from Gary Williams mcnabs, broken b mcnab lines , Rockin kr lines and so forth these dogs are bred with good lines that go way back when it first started with the mcnab breed.

We are dedicated to preserving our McNab’s genetics. We’re located in Harney County, Burns, Oregon which is in the southeastern high desert region.

We use our McNab dogs every day in all types of mountainous and sagebrush.

Our passion and goal with the mcnab breed is to provide  ranchers a good and well driven stockworking breed . Foundation  on showing people how my stud dogs work , momentability 

 is available to  ranchers and McNab owners looking to improve upon the bloodlines of their McNab’s. 

In order to maintain this high quality in your dogs, we only offer this stud service to McNab’s. We do not recommend or allow our dogs to be bred with other breeds. This is done to preserve and maintain healthy McNab dogs.

We offer Embark DNA tested health results on all our dogs which are available.

Our McNab’s are proven working dogs (video available upon request) with traceable.

We expect them to handle cattle on their own, yet take swift direction when we

command them. The McNab breed is well known for their natural ability to herd livestock. They are bred to do just that.

They also control the movement of livestock by nipping, barking, and circling ground the livestock when you tell them which direction you want them to go. The McNab breed is keenly intelligent, energetic, well-driven, and has the strong work ethic that makes them a good companion for a rancher.

The main things that our studs show are natural instinct, a lot of bite, and the

foundations of working that will be passed on to their offspring.
